no ringtine or notification sounds FC when chosing rintom from settings #317

What is the expected behavior? To have sounds when receiving call or text

What is the actual behavior? Phone vibrates and light works but no sound. 
Manually trying to set ringtone in settings causes fc.  

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Same issue occurs after a factory reset and on the last two weekly builds too.

Sounds like you're restoring stuff you shouldn't. If you want me to confirm 
this is the case, post a logcat; otherwise test with a factory reset and don't 
restore any apps or settings.
