What is the expected behavior?
Hot Reboot in approximately 1/2 the time needed for a standard reboot

What is the actual behavior?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Please report this as a feature request at the CyanogenMOD tracker, it will be 
better handled there.

PS: There are quite a lot of market apps for hot rebooting.
