Phone (Int/AT&T/etc.): atrix at&t
Radio: N/A
CM Release (NO NIGHTLIES!):cm 7.x 4.5.91
Hacks/Mods used:
Kernel: 2.6.32.54
What is the expected behavior? from Terminal (or adb etc) perl and all other
standard unix binaries should be available
What is the actual behavior? trying to execute any perl command returns
'permission denied'
If I ->>
# chroot /osh /bin/bash
root@localhost# /usr/bin/perl -v
(prints perl version info)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start terminal
2. run 'perl'
3.
Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing) yes
Possible workarounds: Chroot into /osh
The way this build behaves is same as stock Gingerbread from Motorola / AT&T.
The Ba2tF ran nearly all standard linux commands without need to run in a
chroot. This may be back in the more recent builds?
