won't charge past 85%

What is the expected behavior?

phone can be charged for 100%.

What is the actual behavior?

phone won't charge past 85%,even i did a full wipe before flashing it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.everytime i charge the phone.

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

no.it always won't charge full.

Possible workarounds:

This is not a ROM issue, your battery gauge is miscalibrated.

I'd suggest you go to XDA and read one of the several threads about this issue, 
like this one for example

i already tried every means that mentioned in xda and it did not work at 
all.but when i flash back to froyo,it charged just fine,and i think it related 
to gingerbread itself.i hope you guys can figure it out,thx.
