What is the expected behavior?
Setting CPU speed in CyanogenMod Setting  608 MHz should restrict to 608 MHz

What is the actual behavior?
Setting CPU speed in CyanogenMod Setting 608 Mhz will actucally restrict to 750 
MHz

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Yes

Possible workarounds:

set 1 lower step of CPU speed to actually get the CPU speed you want
