Calls to Voicemail shown as calls to first contact in contact list

What is the expected behavior?

When calling voicemail, the call log should show a call to "Voicemail"

What is the actual behavior?

Call logs shows an outgoing cal to "AAA" which is the first contact in my 
contact list.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Phone App
2.View keypad
3.Hold 1 key to dial VM
4.Dial and connect to VM
5.Disconnect
6.View Call Log
7.Last call will show call to first contact in contact list

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Have not tried

Possible workarounds:

None so far.

What's the number on "AAA", and what's your Voicemail number?

OK.

My Bad.

Not sure how that happened.

Contact "AAA" had, as guessed, a number that is the same as my VM number.
