No delivery report notification/sound/vibration

Phone (Int/AT&T/etc.): Samsung Galaxy Mini
CM Release (NO NIGHTLIES!): 7.2

What is the expected behavior?
1. Received delivery report:
- a notification sound
- a bubble in the status bar (like a 'received SMS')
- [optional] vibration (if activated)

What is the actual behavior?
- no action from those written above

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable delivery reports in: 
- SMS > Settings > Check 'Delivery reports' (under 'Text message (SMS) 
settings' group)
2. Enable notification sounds:
- SMS > Settings > Check 'Notifications'
3. [optional] Enable notification vibrate:
- SMS > Settings > Notification settings > Vibrate > Always
2. Send sms and wait for delivery report

Delivery reports are not intended to generate notifications. They generate a 
little text popup, and you can check if a SMS was received by looking at the 
little icon next to it, or by long pressing on it. If you think this behaviour 
is incorrect, file a bug on the CM bugtracker
