Payment module (Integrated payments) #1838

Problem statement

Payments can be taken at multiple points in the app. There are many different payment providers that can be integrated such as credit card or mobile money. Regardless the module should be configurable and also there are common features such as:

Lots of countries predominantly operate with money and not cash so the system needs to be able to cater for this. Cash payments are not trackable and fraud is more prevalent.

I think we need a re-usable payment module component with an identical design and user journey that can be used in multiple locations.

Not clear if this should be a component integrated into OpenCRVS or within e.g. the portal functionality to e.g. requests a certified copy (as per in the UK). Within the OpenCRVS application it could look like:
