Request a certificate in multiple languages #4123

Description

Request certified copy in different languages (in Madagascar, they are issued one in Malagacy as standard, but they may want one in English - this would need to be a request for a certified English copy). Bangladesh had a similar requirement

If a country speaks French and another local language. Then could it be possible that a cert has 3 languages if english is also required for international use? Should printing in English be a different option?
