Describe the improvement

Currently we only support A4 dimensions
This allows the div to dynamically display based on the certificate format eg. A4, Legal. Portrait or horizontal

Pitch

Not all certificates are A4/A5. Required for Uganda certificate.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN the certificate is formatted with a ratio of X:X WHEN on the cert preview page THEN display the certificate according to its format. eg. 1:1.41 = A4 portrait. 1.41:1 = A4 landscape
