Child ID does not show when viewing declaration #7511

Describe the bug If there is id field in child section and it is required, then when user goes to "view" the declaration the value does not show. As a result, the review section view flags error as the value required. This is misleading because in fact the value is there and it shows after download.

Expected behaviour The id field value should show when user views the declaration

Actual behaviour The id field value shows empty despite value being there
