[Feature] add type for cluster

为了让 Curve 团队更好地了解用户的使用情况，来了解当前部署的集群是用于体验、测试还是正式线上使用，我们需要你帮助我们为 deploy 命令增加一个选项来让用户指定当前部署集群的类型，当然了，你需要给它一个默认值。

另外，如果你有其他更好的建议来帮助我们完成这个需求，请在该 issue 底下告诉我们 :)

Registration procedure

Step 1. Add a comment when you sign up.The purpose of comments is for us to understand you and determine whether you have the basic ability to complete this issue.
