Adding support for proxy to work in a proxy environment.

What is the context of usage for these 2 new variables? If you need to know if it's http or https trafic, there is this option in opencve.cfg: use_reverse_proxy = True

It is not about using a reverse proxy. The idea is to use a proxy in the container (if you do not have a direct internet access).
