Dockerfile installs an unsupported pip version (pip>=24.1) while it should be pip<24.1 #54

Expected Behavior

docker-compose build should run without errors

Actual Behavior

I got the following error

The root cause is that the Dockerfile specifies an installation of an unsupported pip version (pip>=24.1) while it should be pip<24.1
