503 Service Unavailable on OpenCVE #19

Encountered a 503 service error on 2023-12-10 13:43:12 UTC while accessing the site. This seems to be a server-side issue related to IP Load Balancing. The error suggests an unavailability of servers behind the load balancer.

No issue with LB, we're currently migrating the code to support the new NVD feed and the 5.0 JSON migration. Everything will be back to normal shortly 😊
