Does OCA have a code of conduct we could refer to?

See OCA CoC. There is a pending PR on the CoC.

That looks good to me. Since this repo falls under OCA, why can't we just inherit the OCA code of conduct? Why does each project need its own?

Adopting the OCA one would be preferable.
