Hi there,
Unfortunately openD has been discontinued. I believe the SW stack may still be available on GitHub..
If you want to get some more up to date hardware, please visit these 2 chip companies (possibly via reps). Let me know if you need further help-.

I'm sorry if I'm asking an inappropriate question, but I don't know where else to ask it.
If I understand correctly, then openD is a framework for accessing DECT. It is very good that there is a solution for this segment.
Is there a complete open set that allows me to make my own DECT base and integrate it with an existing telephone switch. I remember OsmocomDECT existed, but this package uses some kind of ancient DECT equipment that is not available for sale and stands as a museum piece. If I understand correctly, your framework is using more modern and affordable hardware.
