Support for PMS7003 (and other PMS) #5

perhaps i overlook something, but it looks to me that there is no handling of sensors of type PMS7003 is included yet. (despite the fact that it is included in airrohr sensor's firmware since a few weeks.)

P.S. this applies probably not only to https://github.com/opendata-stuttgart/madavi-api/blob/master/graph.php but as well for the rrd-graph generation.

Should work now. I had to add PMS support to data.php, graph.php and image_graph.php. Graphs in archive_luftdaten_info may need some more work as the archived files are empty.
