No monitoring PM but temperature OK #895

my micro sensor SDSO11 does not give a pm measurement but temperature, pression and humidy are ok.

Is it due to a failure de micro sensor or a link between the controler and the SDS011.

Can you help me please

Please check the power supply. If the power supply is giving off voltages above 5 Volts (for example 10 Volts) then all components of the meter are protected and continue working, except the SDS011, which is destroyed. Do not simply replace the SDS011, as the new one will be destroyed too. First check the power supply, or better, start with replacing it !
