List of known i2c addresses #952

1) Added a list into the Contribution.md of all known I2C addresses used by the I2C device by instances that Airrohr Firmware is aware of. This will make it easier for feature developments when new I2C devices are going to be added. 2) Hardcoded addresses of the BMX280, LCD1602 & LCD2004 are moved to a constants for better consistency and maintainability.
