Property: dct:publisher Class: dcat:Dataset Conformance Problem: Currently DCAT-AP-CH allows more than one publisher per dataset, but DCAT-AP 2.0.0 allows only one publisher Proposal: change the cardinality so that it conforms to DCAT-AP

I agree with this proposal. Maybe some guideance could be provided for common cases (e.g. what happens if my dataset is derived from some other organisation? How do we choose a publisher for a dataset out of a joint project of two or more organisations?)

Thank you @metaodi I definitely think we can cover that under Usage in the draft for DCAT-AP-CH v2.
