The above data layers are in the District's data repository at http://opendata.dc.gov. The URL listed on the Census US Open Data is broken. Each of the above has a separate update cycle noted in parentheses and is verifiable by respective District agencies below.
District Land (RPTA Ownership) - this layer represents District lands owned by the District as reported by the Office of Tax and Revenue's Real Property Tax Assessment database.
District Government Land (Owned, Operated and/or Managed) - this layer includes the above and added properties that operated/managed by the District.
Land Boundary Changes - this layer tracks (and updates weekly) land transactions as they occur.
Real Property Use Codes - this is a table that describes the type of property use identified in the USECODE field for the above (and all DC data) layers.
