Add loading spinner on state and category pages #97

These pages also take a second or two to load the data, so an indication of that would be useful. When I opened a category page, I first thought that it only included the definition of the category and left before the data loaded.

Ah, thank you. I've been meaning to do this for a couple of months, but I never got around to opening an issue.
