dependabot: fix target directory #123

Dependabot does apparently not do a recursive search for dockerfiles, so specify the directory that contains the dockerfile.

Apparently I misunderstood the Dependabot documentation about the directory since there are no pull requests from Dependabot yet, sorry about that. My current understanding is that one package eco-system clause per targeted directory is required.That is ugly for large projects, but manageable when knowing about the limitation.
