Excessive Caching, displays incorrect results, especially via CloudFront #482

The DEA Datacube Explorer instances run behind an AWS CloudFront cache.

Within CloudFront, it's not possible to specify expiry times for the cache of displayed pages, it relies on the upstream server for that information.

Datacube Explorer doesn't seem to set any caching headers, and it should
