WIP Correct accelerated geomedian from hdstats - Do not merge #186

Not tested successfully yet - replace pcm with fast geomedian from hdstats package.

I am concious that there are a couple of different "active" people/workflows using both pcm and datacube-2nd-order-stats - but @daleroberts has indicated a preference to just use hdstats.

Should we attempt to replace these incrementally or all at once? What does this group think?
