Fixes for auto computation of output pixel grids

Fix in output_geobox

• When all requested STAC items share one common GeoBox and the user have not requested specific region, resolution, projection or pixel anchor, then GeoBox defined by STAC item(s) shall be used to load the data.
• Closes #140

Other Maintenance

• apply new version of black to source files
