Help messages for fields could disappear when user clicks elsewhere #56

At http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/register-buyer.jsp, http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/register-supplier.jsp, http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/buyer-create-event.jsp, with help buttons for specific fields (e.g. Identifier, CPV codes), user needs to click the help button again in order to close the help message, which I don't think is customary and seems a bit annoying. I suggest these messages disappear when user clicks anywhere else. screenshot-3

Fixed by 2754deef23abb9e0da510f5824351b6c99911418
