Minor localization defects

English texts still appear at Czech version of the application at several occasions:

• Next button at the page-switching panel at all pages where this panel is (e.g. http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/buyer-dashboard.jsp or http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/supplier-calls.jsp)
• Actions in the tables in all of bidder's interface (e.g. supplier-prepared.jsp , supplier-for-cancelled.jsp etc. [currently cannot be reproduced at http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app]) EXCEPT supplier-invitations.jsp where localization works correctly
• Entity not found message at http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/entity-buyer.jsp and http://localhost:9090/pc-filing-app/entity-supplier.jsp

• Prompters in fields (Evaluation criteria in RFP and Location) at http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/buyer-create-event.jsp , buyer-edit-event.jsp , buyer-copy-event.jsp
• At http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/supplier-create-tender.jsp when I hover over the text "Odhadované datum začátku - konce" a bubble with "Contract duration" appears.

All of these should be localizable
