[GENAI. ONBOARDING ASSISTANT] Create GenAI views #1653

  1. Modify search on the main page to toggle between regular search and a question to the assistant. Upon submitting a question the user is redirected to the new page 'Assistant'.
  2. Create a page 'Assistant'. The page should contain a field for question and a place for an answer. No history is needed for now.
