@JamesWilmot in the case of fit coeffs we don't technically have a primary key at all. Do you think we should allow null primary keys? Frictionless doesn't I don't think.

Per this https://specs.frictionlessdata.io/tabular-data-resource/ it seems there's no requirement to include a primaryKey (correct me if I'm wrong) so I'm going to just not include one for the coefficients metaschema.
