It is semantically clearer since we don't distinguish between inputs and outputs and arguments generally refer only to inputs, however IMO the word "parameters" is overloaded already with parameter resources.
Is there something we could rename parameter resources to to make the distinction more clear?
If not, I'd be inclined to leave arguments as they are - the meaning is fairly easy to grasp with a quick explanation.
