Clarifying some sections based on feedback

Based on feedback from people that went through the demo I've updated the following:

• Clarified that you can select any secret with 'cert' in the name under openshift-ingress. I think the example that I used was confusing.
• Added a note that a trusted certificate needs to be configured even if single-serving platform is already enabled.
• Made a note about making sure https and the port are included as part of the ELASTIC_URL environment variable.
• Clarified the first step in updating the chatbot application is starting in Podman AI Lab and then opening the code in VS Code.
