Document deployment of pattern #17

Initial documentation for deployment of pattern including prerequisites (with links), and deployment steps, similar to other patterns e.g. https://hybrid-cloud-patterns.io/patterns/multicloud-gitops/getting-started/

@redmikhail Would it be fine for you to work with LF folks to review, enhance (or write a separate step-by-step) a deployment guide based on the walk-through with Mike please? This is the priority for us in terms of having a doc under "Getting Started" category for the pattern.

@jpaulrajredhat and @jpaulrajredhat - Please help to update current install doc based on your learning so far, as discussed. This will help when looking at cleaning the deployment following a validated pattern strategy.
