Add pandoc to the base image #29

Pandoc is an OS package needed by nbconvert to export notebooks to various formats like PDF. As it's missing nbconvert does not work for at least some formats.

Not only Pandoc was needed, but also many Tex packages. I also disabled export formats that did not give much and would have required many more libraries.
