Change codeflare-sdk allowed updates #32

As codeflare-sdk is under heavy development, version requirements should be less restrictive, from ~=0.7.1 (allowing only 0.7.z) to ~=0.7 (allowing 0.y). @anishasthana would that be ok with you?

Putting this on hold for the moment, waiting for a new codeflare-sdk release to test properly.
