When will the 3.11 Jupyter Image be available on OpenShift AI

This repo features only "contrib" non-supported images. So this question should be asked in https://github.com/opendatahub-io/notebooks as this is where they should first appear (although I don't know when). Then they would go downstream to OpenShift AI.
