Add a preliminary interactive console application

Description

A full screen interactive console application provides a richer user experience than a basic CLI specially when intended for showcasing a demo.

Add an interacitve console app using Bubble Tree framework.
Layout a basic design for a main screen and secondary screens.
Add a basic "list registered models" secondary screen that queries registered models from the model registry.

This PR is split into two commits, and easier to be reviewed commit by commit:
- Generate a model registry REST client
- Add a preliminary interactive app using Bubble Tree with a code design for navigation and screens.

How Has This Been Tested?

Run the following make command

make cli-run

Merge criteria:

[ ] The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
[ ] Testing instructions have been added in the PR body (for PRs involving changes that are not immediately obvious).
[ ] The developer has manually tested the changes and verified that the changes work

@devguyio what's the status of this PR, is it still needed? It has conflicts with main, and also has the do-not-merge/work-in-progress label.
