We currently have a blocker: caikit-nlkp is not currently released on pypi because it depends on the git version of peft. Until https://github.com/caikit/caikit-nlp/pull/265 is merged and released, we can only publish on pypi if we delete/comment out the caikit-nlp test dependency (which I guess is not a blocker)
