Kubeflow 1.6 Multi-user install on OCP #111

Hello Team, is Kubeflow 1.6 multi-user installation supported on RHOCP 4.9+ or is it only available in single-user mode? What we are seeing is that with some flows we wanted to run, e.g. KFP Tekton API is complaining about being launched in single-user mode, so that is where this question comes from.

Adding some clarification about what is supported and what isn't into Kubeflow's OpenShift installation guide would be helpful.
