Fix for some broken links in trustyai section

Description

Fixes some broken links and adds missing conditions the following trustyai modules:

• Creating a bias metric by using the CLI
• Viewing bias metrics for a module
• Creating a bias metric by using the dashboard

How Has This Been Tested?

Merge criteria:

• [ ] The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
