Docs: installation for 2.0.0 release

• Adding new instruction of "quick installation" for 2.0.0 (new operator)
• old "quick installation" still can be access by the bottom QuickLinks section

How Has This Been Tested?

Merge criteria:

still several items need to be updated according to feedback we received last week:

• profile should not be presented in this release
• default applicationNamespace update to "opendatahub-system"
• when create a new instance of "dsc", value for "enabled" on each component should be "true" and clearly list there (not empty {})
