subdomain #24

mapkerala is the tagline and my suggesion urls like this form www.osm.opendatakerala.org/map/thrissur/adat we use Wikidata Qids as key. feedback's expecting for this and i am confused in url selection

when rethinking and discussion with naveen, changing the subdomain to map and we use this for all kind of osm actvity/tools as MapKerala Project www.map.opendatakerala.org/lsg/thrissur/adat
