A small data management Wordpress plugin for UNKT website. The plugin will have a simple admin component to manage CRUD operations for data entry as well as a public facing component to display the data as graphs and tables.

As a user I want years to appear on indicator graphs so people have a better understanding of what they are looking at. #53
When we show line chart graph of measurements on a single indicator we need to show the years to make the graph more readeable.
Both xAxis and yAxis should be there.
