Update! SPPU Hackaton Team 9 has extracted and assembled data for FY 2015-16. PFA their excel:

Some data-cleaning required on the names column and some of the header columns. And file needs to be CSV so that these random char errors are avoided. Screenshot, see highlighted cells:
