To do: replicate the cleaning task done here for the vehicle populations pdf given in the problem statement.

Suggestion: Since you'll have to compare between years anyways, how about creating a secondary dataset : combine all the years' data together. Easily done by adding a column that indicates year. You'll have to ensure that different columns don't mix while merging.

Different routes to doing this:

• Load them all together in OpenRefine
• python pandas library. (pd.concat())
• shell script (also called bash, linux). Can find several code snippets on the net for doing it. But this will likely not be careful with columns.
