Add optional default data values to metaschemas #41

This means we can avoid implicitly defining default values in instantiated params resources - allows us to reset to default values in reset command.

This wasn't very well thought through and won't work unless we define separate metaschemas for each parameter resource, which seems like a lot of unnecessary duplication. But I think we still need a way to reset params to a clean slate state without outputs. How should we go about defining defaults? Should we define them inside the resource itself? Maybe that is the easiest way... @JamesWilmot thoughts?
