This is a hodge podge of information. With a column of 'title' and 'value' the titles are well defined for 2013 and 2014 but not current. Previous years have titles like 'median income' vs more specific like 'median income male 35-45 years'.

Suggested changes:

  1. Need to separate aggregate data (median income, median rent, Gini index, etc.) from demographic breakdown data.
  2. For demographic breakdown, things are crammed into one column, e.g. "Income in the past 12 months below poverty level - Male - 18 to 24 years". This information should be separated.
