What are the difference between Hydrolines 18, 36, or 9600 datasets?

They're hydrological maps at different resolutions, @abthabib

They're usable, but there's no documentation to them. The data is structurally complete, but there's no codebook. This has applied to all different resolutions I've seen so far. Do you mind if I remove the Unusable tag and Incomplete tag?
