Resolve `effectsApplied` flag on bitmaps

Motivation

It's not clear which effects are applied and whether the transformation is applied as well.

Tasks

define which effects (vector, raster, opacity...) are applied to bitmap or provide a way how to list the effects
deal with transformation separately (transformApplied already implemented in pre-render of Octopus2)
